Adam Woelders discovered the power of mentors, executive coaches and strong learning networks later in his career, and founded Traverse as a way to make these life-changing resources available to the people who don’t work for C-suite companies or have big expense accounts: school administrators, small-business owners, young adults starting their career, pastors, and non-profit charity directors and leaders.

Adam has instructed at the university level, served community organizations and led people as a school leader in both public and independent schools, as a director of varied boards, and as the senior leader of one of British Columbia’s largest independent schools. His 15+ years of advisory and coaching work across education, non-profit boards, government, and small-business focuses on helping people learn and grow, clarify thinking, strengthen judgment, and make sound decisions in complex environments. He also brings access to an outstanding group of professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders to the projects Traverse takes on.
